Sasol Project

The first project I was given in the Sasol space was the a project for company wide training on the updated One Sasol SHE Excellence Approach. A very in-depth course across 5 modules. Following closely behind that course was an overview course on the Bow-Tie risk methodology practiced within the organization.

During the SHE Excellence project a different department asked us to do their SHE induction training as well. Again multiple modules of different content to be digitized.

Throughout these project we used Articulate Storyline 2 and later 360 as the base for building the e-learning. On top of this we used animated branching video scenarios with multiple voice actors, delivering both good and bad endings to each scenario. This was primarily done to have the learner make choices and see how that impacted the scenario as it played.

Within the SHE Excellence project we build a an Augmented Reality app that interfaced with the physical SHE Excellence manual cover page for quick access to updated video clips on any compatible mobile device.
